About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our Specialist Support team as a Project Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering change management and adoption processes through customer onboardings, project work, or 3rd line support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver change management and adoption processes through customer onboardings, project work, or 3rd line support.
  • Handle 3rd line escalations, providing advanced technical support across endpoint, network, and infrastructure environments to ensure robust and resilient IT operations.
  • Identify and proactively recommend opportunities for process improvements and optimisation of IT systems.
  • Collaborate in solution design and implementation for both pre-sale initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Deploy and manage Azure resources, including Azure Virtual Desktop, virtual machines, and Azure Files, to support scalable cloud solutions.
  • Administer Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, and DNS, to maintain a secure and efficient IT infrastructure.
  • Provide expert support and management of Microsoft 365 products, such as Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
  • Maintain strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Experience working within an MSP
  • Proven track record of project delivery
  • Microsoft 365 including Exchange, active directory
  • Azure Administration - Azure Virtual Desktop, virtual machines, and Azure Files, to drive scalable cloud solutions.
  • Windows Server administration
  • 3rd line support experience across endpoint, network, and infrastructure environments
  • Valid driving license
