About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Engineer to join our Specialist Support team at Wildcat Careers Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions and providing exceptional IT services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Manage and deliver change management and adoption processes through customer onboardings, project work, or 3rd line support.
  • Technical Support: Handle 3rd line escalations, providing advanced technical support across endpoint, network, and infrastructure environments to ensure robust and resilient IT operations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and proactively recommend opportunities for process improvements and optimisation of IT systems.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate in solution design and implementation for both pre-sale initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Cloud Management: Deploy and manage Azure resources, including Azure Virtual Desktop, virtual machines, and Azure Files, to support scalable cloud solutions.
  • Infrastructure Administration: Administer Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, and DNS, to maintain a secure and efficient IT infrastructure.
  • Microsoft 365 Support: Provide expert support and management of Microsoft 365 products, such as Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
  • Communication: Maintain strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience working within an MSP and a proven track record of project delivery.
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft 365 including Exchange, Active Directory, Azure Administration, Windows Server administration, and 3rd line support experience across endpoint, network, and infrastructure environments.
  • Soft Skills: Customer-focused approach, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
