Key Responsibilities:

* Conducting subcontractor procurement exercises to obtain best value, including producing sub-contractor documentation to Taziker framework standards.
* Producing and submitting interim and final accounts to the client.
* Evaluating and certifying sub-contractor payments through ordering and financial systems.
* Providing daily supervision of the Commercial Administrator, ensuring tasks are complete.
* Ensuring compliance with standards and procedures in respect of commercial activities.
* Agreeing final accounts.
* Implementing commercial processes to ensure contractual entitlement is realised.
* Monthly cost and value reconciliation & management.
* Working within strict deadlines required under the contract and required by the company.
* Ad hoc commercial duties as job requires.

Requirements:

* Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
* Travel / driving to sites is required.
