About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team at Headliners Recruitment Careers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to amplify our brand message and grow our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy across multiple platforms to engage with our target audience and drive brand awareness.
- Create and schedule high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand values.
- Collaborate with our Creative and Design teams to develop innovative campaigns that drive results and exceed expectations.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize our presence and stay ahead of the competition.
- Support marketing efforts at brand events with compelling social content that showcases our brand's personality and values.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management, with a strong track record of success in developing and executing social media strategies.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, including Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform social media decisions and optimize performance.
