We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Senior Social Care Practitioner to join our Integrated Children's Risk Team (ICRT) and Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) in Sunderland.

About the Position

This role involves working with children and families to assess and address their needs, providing support and guidance to ensure their well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on complex cases involving children and families, developing and implementing effective care plans.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to provide a coordinated response to children and families' needs.
  • Mentor and supervise junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £36,124 - £45,718 per annum pro rata, plus Essential Car User Allowance and Recruitment and Retention Allowance.
  • A part-time contract of 22.18 months fixed term.
