Residential Youth Worker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Childcare Practitioner to join our team. As a Residential Childcare Practitioner, you will be working with children aged 7 to 17 who have Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD).
Responsibilities:
- Support the daily care and well-being of children with SEBD.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of each child.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a safe and supportive environment.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
- Experience working with children with challenging behaviour or complex needs.
- Full driving license.
- Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills.
