About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in Primary Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mental health services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and delivery of our primary care mental health service model.
  • Work closely with our primary care team to provide mental health services to adults with mental health needs.
  • Assess and advise on the impact of culture and diversity on mental health.
  • Provide training and supervision to junior staff as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain the health, safety, and security of self and others.

Requirements

  • Professional qualification in mental health (e.g., RMN, Social Worker, Therapist).
  • Current registration with a professional body and commitment to CPD.
  • Significant experience in assessing risk and developing risk management strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and patients.
