**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM and Data Executive to join our growing Digital function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM and data analysis, with experience in delivering strategic projects and managing 3rd party relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the Senior CRM Manager to develop and implement a CRM strategy aligned with the company's objectives and customer-centric approach.
- Analyse customer data to build out a segmentation and lifecycle strategy, and leverage data to inform opportunities for personalisation and conversion optimisation.
- Be the subject matter expert on the ideal customer experience, and execute a testing plan across trading, brand and automated email flows to optimise performance.
- Support the wider CRM team with the delivery of their projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration and delivery of CRM solutions.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in a CRM/Email role, with a track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns and executing projects in digital-first or tech environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with HTML and CSS, and a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
