We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Coordinator to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. As a key member of our administration department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our governance and compliance processes.

About the Role

This is a temporary position lasting 3-4 months, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be based in Maidstone and will work closely with our team manager to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain accurate filing systems and databases, ensuring easy access to relevant information.
  2. Work collaboratively with the team manager to prioritize and complete administrative tasks, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  3. Conduct general administration duties as required, adapting to changing priorities and needs within the department.
  4. Liaise with internal and external contacts to facilitate effective communication and workflow between departments.
  5. Monitor and record costs incurred by the department, providing transparent financial reporting.
  6. Process documents efficiently, working within established timeframes to meet business requirements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent minute-taking skills and experience taking minutes in board/committee meetings.
  • Board-level experience, with a strong understanding of compliance within social housing.
  • Previous social housing experience, demonstrating knowledge of Board-level terminology.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
