Product Stewardship Team Lead

At Hudson Shribman, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Stewardship Team Lead to join our Product Stewardship & Regulatory and Compliance team. As a Product Stewardship Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a small team of people and working as a Divisional leader for Product Stewardship.
The ideal candidate will have a strong chemistry background and product stewardship expertise, with the ability to lead and manage multiple levels of expertise and insight within the specified regulatory field or topic.
We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 + bonus and benefits in the South East. This is a permanent position that allows for hybrid working.
Key responsibilities include:
- Pro-actively identifying, reporting on and improving safety-related issues using available tools and systems.
- Applying a high level of scientific rigor to the analysis and assessment of data to draw and present conclusions in support of business decision making.
- Delivering subject matter projects in support of legislative changes, issues or market concerns.
- Supporting experienced scientific staff in understanding Subject Matter.
