Asset Management Specialist

About the Role:
The i-Jobs team is looking for an experienced Asset Management Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing statutory testing surveys for local authority buildings and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage statutory testing for local authority buildings to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Undertake asbestos management in buildings to prevent breaches and risks.
- Liaise with colleagues and external agencies to manage compliance with contractual terms.
- Implement Health & Safety protocols and adhere to relevant legislation.
Requirements:
- HNC / HND or equivalent qualification in a related field.
- Experience working in a local authority environment and knowledge of construction regulations.
- Asbestos P402 and/or P405 qualification and ability to work independently.
