About the Role

As a seasoned Inside Technical Sales professional, you will play a vital part in Sentric Safety Group's mission to safeguard people at work. Your primary objective is to grasp customer needs and propose tailored solutions.

This position involves driving sales pipeline growth by pursuing open opportunities, collaborating on marketing initiatives, and supporting team members.

We are looking for an innovative thinker who can provide first-line technical support, prioritize tasks, and optimize the quoting process for speed and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Support: Offer expert assistance for our products to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Pipeline Management: Follow up on and close open sales opportunities and quotes.
  • Sales Development: Contribute to marketing campaigns that drive business growth in key sectors.
Qualification Requirements:
  • A minimum of GCSE or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics preferred.

The estimated salary for this role is around $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
