To succeed as a Mobile Cleaner with Just Ask Estate Services, part of the Nexgen Group, you must possess professional cleaning experience, a full clean manual UK driving licence, and basic IT literacy including tablet and smartphone app usage.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English, are also essential for success in this position.
The responsibilities of the Mobile Cleaner / Cleaning Operative role include:
- Dusting, damp wiping, or washing walls, skirting boards, handrails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors, and frames.
- Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops, followed by mopping with wet or damp mops.
- Hovering of carpeted areas to maintain cleanliness.
- Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles and transporting waste material to designated collection points.
- Mixing cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
- Replenishing consumable items such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels.
- Cleaning kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks.
