We are seeking a Facilities Services Operative to join our team at Nexgen Group, covering a portfolio of sites in the Chesham area.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning and maintenance standards across our client sites.

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a cleaning role, with a focus on providing high-quality cleaning services
  • A clean manual UK driving licence is required, as we provide a vehicle for the job
  • Basic proficiency in using tablets and smartphone apps for work-related tasks
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of English language

Responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
  • Vacuuming and sweeping floors
  • Disinfecting high-touch areas, such as door handles and light switches
  • Restocking consumable items, such as paper towels and soap
  • Assisting with special events and projects as needed
