Facilities Operations AssistantAs a Facilities Operations Assistant at Reddish Hall School, you will contribute to maintaining the overall environment of our school. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, effective time management, and the ability to work independently.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our facilities management team. The successful candidate will have experience in facilities management or a related field and a strong understanding of health and safety principles.
Responsibilities:- Assist with preparing and implementing risk assessments.
- Develop and implement effective systems and procedures.
- Cultivate a culture that promotes sustainability and reduces waste.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 'IOSH managing safely' qualification (or willingness to obtain).
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Computer literacy.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £24,375.
