Job Overview

Dovetail HRS is a leading provider of facilities services in Central London, seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Assistant to join our team.

This exciting opportunity will appeal to individuals looking to take their facilities career to the next level, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and supporting the development of our operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Regional Senior Facilities Co-Ordinator to ensure the delivery of high-quality facilities services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Regional Senior Facilities Co-Ordinator in developing and implementing strategies to improve service quality.
  • Act as a liaison between the core business and FM providers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Aid in the monitoring and evaluation of service delivery, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Service Providers to pursue opportunities for mutual benefit and shared investment.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year's experience in a facilities environment, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong administration skills, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, end users, and service providers.
  • Familiarity with soft and hard services.
Compensation

A competitive salary of £27,000 - £29,000 per annum, plus a good benefits package, is available for the right candidate.
