Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of store operations, including staff management, inventory management, sales and revenue generation, and customer service satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and coach team members, promoting skill development and providing opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and review store performance and provide routine reports to senior management.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and senior management.
- Reporting directly to the Store Manager.
Requirements:
- Business orientated, with a track record of driving sales and performance.
- Specialising in Buying, Merchandising & Ecommerce | Design, Technical, Wholesale & Production | Finance | HR & Talent | H&S & Compliance | Marketing, Digital & Technology | Property & Centre Management | Retail, Trade, Leisure & Wholesale Operations | Senior Appointments & Exec | Sales | Supply Chain & Logistics | Legal.
