We are seeking a Scheduling and Planning Manager to join our team at Resourcing Group in the West Midlands area. This is a full-time role that requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage schedules, update planning tools, and ensure smooth coordination across various tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and experience working with planning tools (such as Excel). Key responsibilities include creating and managing job packs for our team of operatives, booking appointments for trades, and maintaining accurate scheduling and reporting through Excel.

The estimated salary for this position is around £48,000 per annum based on the national average for similar roles in the West Midlands area.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with Excel or other planning tools
  • Previous experience in an administrative or planning role is an advantage
