**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Campaign Lead - Digital Transformation to join our team at Morson Talent. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development, deployment, and evolution of the engineering processes, technology, people, and culture required by your capability area to deliver the FCAS programme across international partners.

The successful candidate will have experience of different stages of the product lifecycle, including concept design through to integration and test. They will also have developed processes, methods, and toolsets used in the product development process and be able to analyse information and apply engineering judgement to solve problems.

In addition to these skills, the ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and have experience working in a multidisciplinary environment influencing adjacent engineering disciplines and other stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the development, deployment, and evolution of engineering processes, technology, people, and culture required by your capability area to deliver the FCAS programme.
  • Explore, develop, test, and deploy engineering tools, methods, and processes and training to enable improvements in engineering performance.
  • Ensure alignment with the overall FCAS Digital Engineering Roadmap to achieve an integrated, end-to-end FCAS product development system.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience of different stages of the product lifecycle, including concept design through to integration and test.
  • Development of processes, methods, and toolsets used in the product development process.
  • Able to analyse information and apply engineering judgement to solve problems.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary environment influencing adjacent engineering disciplines and other stakeholders.

**Salary:** £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
