About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Principal Designer to join our team at Brandon James Ltd. As a Senior Principal Designer, you will play a crucial role in leading meetings and providing expert advice to clients across various construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead meetings and provide expert advice to clients on construction projects
  • Manage and coordinate construction projects to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
  • Technical IOSH (minimum)
  • APS membership (required)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in CDM roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
