NHS Role:
As a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients with swallowing and communication difficulties. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, manage, and treat patients, developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve patient goals.

Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage patients with swallowing and communication difficulties
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient goals

Requirements:
- Registration with Health Professions Council as a Speech and Language Therapist
- Recognised Speech & Language Therapy Degree qualification or equivalent
- Registered member of RCSLT
- Evidence of successful completion of courses to Master's degree or equivalent

Salary:
£51,883 - £58,544 per annum
