Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Completing routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and upkeep of facilities.
  • Managing porterage services, ensuring efficient and effective distribution of packages and mail.
  • Performing minor repairs and refurbishments as required.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
