About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Elderly & Dementia Day Support Worker in Penketh. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, empowering them to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to residents with dementia and elderly individuals
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Encourage residents to participate in activities and engage in meaningful experiences
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualised care plans
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements
  • No previous experience is necessary, as comprehensive training and qualifications are provided on the job

  • A commitment to person-centred care and a willingness to learn and develop
