About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Elderly & Dementia Night Support Worker at Heathside. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to residents, tailoring support to meet their unique needs and preferences.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and meal preparation.
  • Engage residents in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being, such as exercise, hobbies, and social events.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the needs of each resident.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and reporting any concerns or incidents.

  • A competitive salary of £12.01 per hour, plus a £1 per hour night enhancement for all hours worked between 8pm and 8am.
