Elderly & Dementia Support Worker - Penketh

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Heathside and The Mews, our residential homes for older people and individuals with dementia. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their best lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care and support to residents, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and preferences.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Engage residents in activities and outings, promoting social interaction and a sense of community.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care and support, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance resident outcomes.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices in dementia care.
