About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Elderly & Dementia Day Support Worker in Penketh. As a key member of our team, you will provide person-centered support to our residents, empowering them to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support to residents with dementia and elderly individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain person-centered care plans, tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in dementia care and support.
