Become a teaching support professional and take the first step towards a rewarding career in education. Our Graduate Teaching Assistant Pathway offers a unique opportunity to gain paid experience, develop new skills, and build a strong foundation for a future teaching career.
We offer:
- A minimum of 3 months to a maximum of one year of paid experience as a Teaching Assistant in schools across Sunderland and surrounding areas
- Ongoing free training and support from our team, including an accredited level 2 qualification
- No joining fees or costs associated with our programme
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, developing essential skills and building relationships with colleagues and students. You will also have the opportunity to progress to more senior roles within the school or other educational settings.
