As a Global Network Reinsurance Executive, you will play a pivotal role in protecting our clients and driving business growth. You will partner with a dynamic, global team of experts to design, implement, and service multinational insurance programs. This includes issuing timely policies, providing regulatory advice, sharing local knowledge, supporting efficient money movement capabilities, and deploying large, fronted limits. Our team has the diverse skills and expertise necessary to deliver customized, compliant, and seamless solutions that support our clients' risk management objectives.

  • Develop and maintain AIG's Multinational Consolidated Reinsurance Schematic, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and connectivity with relevant systems, functions, and records.
  • Manage and rationalize AIG's Network reinsurer registrations.
  • Rationalize and administer Network Partner Reinsurance related signing requirements on behalf of AIG UK in support of multinational business.
  • Analyze the impact of local insurance and reinsurance regulatory and operational changes on Multinational programs across the AIG global network.
  • Act as AIG Network Reinsurance SME, providing input to discussions around Multinational Reinsurance models.
  • Support Intercompany Reinsurance Team in annual drafting, execution, operationalization, and management of:
    • Standardized Quota Share Treaties
    • Standalone Multinational Treaties
    • Compulsory local reinsurance/retrocessions
  • Oversight of Tata AIG (India) Producing Office Reinsurance.
  • Project management experience.
