About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Colleague at our Chapel Street Southport store. As a Colleague, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit card payments.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and company policies.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets, promoting products and services to customers.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services, providing customers with expert advice and recommendations.
- Work flexibly to meet the needs of the business, including working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
