Role Overview

At The Bicester Collection, we are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Strategy Manager to join our Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes across our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial planning and budgeting processes to support business growth and strategy.
  • Provide analytical support to business leaders to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial data and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities.
Requirements
  • Part or recently qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis principles.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
