Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial plans for the Workplace Savings and Retail Savings business across all financial metrics.
  • Produce analyses/trend reports and Management Information packs for Senior Management to aid decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Establish and develop a strong cross-functional working relationship with key stakeholders across Workplace, L&G Retail, Asset Management and the wider Group.
  • Manage the production, analysis and provision of supporting business commentary on current and projected P&L, covering revenue, direct expenses and FTE positions.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of the Financial Services industry and the performance metrics used within the industry.
  • Understanding of cost allocation and profit measurement, planning and forecasting cycles, financial approval procedures/processes and monthly expenditure reporting and analysis processes.
  • Advanced knowledge in the use of spreadsheets, databases and analysis tools such as MS Excel, Anaplan & Power BI.
  • Ability to design, develop and maintain complex financial models.
