Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Teaching Assistant to join our team and contribute to the educational and personal growth of our students with Autism, complex needs, and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to build positive relationships with students and staff, and possess a flexible and patient approach to supporting students with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students in small groups or one-to-one to enhance their academic and personal development
  • Contribute to maintaining a calm, positive, and structured classroom environment

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus benefits that include a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.
