Job Summary
Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse to fill the role of Sister/Charge Nurse. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide education and training to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements
- First-level nurse qualification (RGN) and demonstrable post-registration professional development in general medicine.
