Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of fashion enthusiasts to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase team productivity.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and order replenishment.
  • Collaborate with the Territory Leader to identify opportunities to impact KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales.
  • Ensure a customer-obsessed atmosphere in the store, providing a shopping experience that helps customers express their individuality, personality, and unique style through fashion.
About You
  • You have previous store/deputy management experience and a track record of effectively leading and managing a team.
  • You have a history of delivering and exceeding KPIs and key objectives.
  • You have commercial acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and exceptional organizational skills.
