About the Role

Our Supervisors work closely with the Store Manager and the wider store team to achieve exceptional business standards with pride, pace, and energy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring optimal availability across the store.
  • Driving sales in-store and consistently prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Providing swift and efficient service every day by offering support and maintaining open communication with the store team.
  • Implementing and adhering to correct store policies and procedures.
  • Celebrating colleague and business achievements.
