About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Associate Director to join our Real Estate Tax team at Grant Thornton (UK). As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality tax advice to our clients in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of tax professionals in providing tax advice to clients on real estate transactions and investments.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities and maximize their returns.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored tax solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure that our clients are compliant with all relevant tax requirements.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and building relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified or equivalent qualification.
  • UK corporate tax experience, ideally within the Real Estate sector.
  • Experience of monitoring junior team members' work and coaching / career development.
  • Strong business development skills, with a proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
