Real Estate Tax Associate Director (or Senior Manager)

A rare opportunity to join an outstanding and continually expanding Real Estate Tax Team in a leading Financial and Professional Services Group - currently over £62bn in Assets Under Management.

Real Estate is one of their key strategic focus sectors with huge investment to grow the team.

You will have full access to the full breadth of Real Estate Tax work including but not limited to Deals, Transactions, Due Diligence, Structuring and Compliance.

  • UK and International Property Investors and Developers
  • Real Estate Funds
  • Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs)
  • Private Equity Funds
  • Family Office investments in Real Estate
  • Housebuilders
  • Owner-Occupiers
  • Landed Estates

What are they looking for?

  • Strong UK Real Estate tax experience
  • Ideally Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACA) qualified (or equivalent)
  • Ability to manage your own portfolio of clients on complex tax consultancy projects & tax compliance assignments for a range of clients across the Real Estate sector
  • Someone who wants to be a revenue generator - work with Partners/Directors as well as on your own to lead business development for existing, new and prospective clients

About the Role:

As a key member of the Pro-Tax Real Estate Tax Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tax consultancy services to clients across the Real Estate sector.

You will work closely with Partners and Directors to develop business opportunities and lead business development efforts for existing, new, and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients on complex tax consultancy projects and tax compliance assignments
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Pro-Tax Real Estate Tax Team
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations affecting the Real Estate sector
