About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Lisa Wright Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in managing inbound leads and enquiries from customers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Management: Efficiently handle inbound enquiries for new projects, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers and distributors.
  • Lead Follow-up: Coordinate with distributors to follow up on leads and provide regular updates to customers.
  • Customer Support: Provide guidance and product advice to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Showroom Visits: Conduct showroom visits to showcase products and provide demonstrations to customers.
  • Event Representation: Represent the company at UK-based exhibitions, promoting our products and services to a wider audience.
  • Order Fulfillment: Dispatch literature and samples to customers, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Communication Skills: A confident, warm, and friendly telephone manner, with strong listening skills and the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Time Management: The ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: The capability to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, adapting to new challenges and opportunities.
Working Hours and Hybrid Working

Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Friday: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
After completing training and probation, you will have the option for hybrid working (3 days office-based, 2 days home-based).
