Job Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing Officer/Executive with approximately 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the automation, engineering, or technology sectors (open to other sectors as well). You will be involved in all aspects of marketing, from administration related to sales leads to attending industry exhibitions and creating engaging graphics, brochures, and social media content. This role covers our business globally, including the EU and Australia, and involves visiting customer sites with new materials and product updates.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Administration:
* Manage and maintain the marketing database.
* Assist with tracking and analyzing marketing campaigns.
* Support the sales team by managing sales leads and ensuring timely follow-up.
Event Participation:
* Organize and participate in industry exhibitions and trade shows.
* Coordinate with event organizers to secure booth space and materials.
* Represent our company at events, engage with potential clients, and gather leads.
Content Creation:
* Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and posters.
* Develop and manage content for social media platforms.
* Create compelling graphics and visuals to support marketing campaigns.
Digital Marketing:
* Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling and community engagement.
* Assist with email marketing campaigns, including content creation and list management.
* Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts.
Brand Management:
* Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all marketing channels.
* Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Global Coordination:
* Coordinate and manage marketing activities across the EU and Australia.
* Ensure marketing materials are tailored to regional markets and comply with local regulations.
Customer Engagement:
* Visit customer sites with new marketing materials and product updates.
* Gather feedback from customers to inform future marketing strategies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* Approximately 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
* Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Experience with social media platforms and content management systems.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Willingness to travel for exhibitions, events, and customer visits.
Preferred Experience:
* Experience in the automation or technology sectors.
* Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies.
* Familiarity with CRM software.
