Role Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with around 2 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the automation, engineering, or technology sectors (other sectors will also be considered). You will engage in various marketing activities, from managing sales leads to participating in industry events and creating captivating graphics, brochures, and social media content.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Administration:
- Oversee and maintain the marketing database.
- Assist in tracking and evaluating marketing campaigns.
- Support the sales team by managing sales leads and ensuring prompt follow-up.
Event Participation:
- Organize and take part in industry exhibitions and trade shows.
- Coordinate with event organizers to secure booth space and necessary materials.
- Represent our organization at events, engage with potential clients, and collect leads.
Content Development:
- Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
- Develop and manage content for social media platforms.
- Create engaging graphics and visuals to support marketing initiatives.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling and community interaction.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including content creation and list management.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Global Coordination:
- Coordinate and manage marketing activities across various regions.
- Ensure marketing materials are tailored to regional markets and comply with local regulations.
Customer Engagement:
- Visit client sites with updated marketing materials and product information.
- Gather feedback from clients to inform future marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Approximately 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with social media platforms and content management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to travel for exhibitions, events, and client visits.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in the automation or technology sectors.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
