Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Cameron Clarke Associates. As an Office Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support, process batch details for customers, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate and up-to-date files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Process batch details for customers
- Prepare invoices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files
- Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date files
- Active responsibility for GDPR and compliance
- Ability to prioritize and work to deadlines
- Provide support to customers via telephone, email, etc.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications
- Experience of using Xero is advantageous
- A positive attitude and flexibility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
