Job Title: Residential Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Worker to join our team in Somerset. As a Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in a homely environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a positive and supportive culture for young people, ensuring they feel safe and valued.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to support the delivery of personalized care.
  • Support young people in their daily care, including school homework, mealtimes, and sleep patterns.
  • Take young people on day trips and support their hobbies.
  • Support young people in maintaining positive relationships with family and friends.
Requirements:
  • Passionate about the care of children and young people.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Full manual UK driving license.
