Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Child Welfare Specialist to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. As a Child Welfare Specialist, you will be responsible for managing caseloads, undertaking assessments and reviews, working collaboratively with children and families, and demonstrating good practice.

You will be responsible for managing a caseload within a framework of reflective supervision, undertaking focused assessments, care plans and reviews with clear objectives and outcome measures. You will also demonstrate relationship and strengths-based practice, working collaboratively with children and their families in diverse and complex contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a Social Work Qualification or equivalent, and be committed to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including comprehensive training and development opportunities.
