Job Title: School Welfare Specialist

Coordinated Care Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled School Welfare Specialist to join our team. As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing crisis prevention and intervention services to youth and families in their homes and communities.

About the Role:
In this role, you will exercise full compliance with agency policies and procedures, as well as Federal and State laws and regulations. You will provide individual counseling, small group counseling, and parent education & training as prescribed by each student's IEP for assigned caseload. Additionally, you will complete discharge summary documents upon discharge of each youth from the program, maintain current knowledge in special education and clinical fields, and attend staff meetings and in-service training as required.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on education and experience.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and a current/active LMSW. You should also possess strong interpersonal skills with youth, families, staff, and stakeholders, as well as creative problem-solving abilities. Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills are also required.
