Child Care Specialist

As a Child Care Specialist at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of child in care cases and undertaking assessments to ensure positive outcomes for looked after children. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with children and their families.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing caseloads and undertaking assessments to identify needs and develop care plans
- Demonstrating strengths-based practice and working directly with children to establish their experiences, wishes, and feelings
- Developing quality life-story work with looked-after children and influencing others to coordinate support services for their safety and well-being
The ideal candidate will have a Social Work qualification or equivalent, as well as experience of continual professional development and registration with Social Work England. We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a supportive environment that promotes equality, diversity, and inclusion.
