We are seeking a seasoned data professional to lead our data strategy and drive business growth.

About the Role:

As Head of Data, you will be responsible for designing and implementing intelligent data solutions to meet business objectives and company strategy. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy to drive business growth and improve decision-making
  • Lead the design and implementation of data analytics solutions to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions
  • Build and manage a high-performing data team to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a data leadership role with a strong track record of driving business growth
  • Experience in both data analytics and engineering with a strong technical expertise in data warehousing, statistical modeling, data mining, machine learning, and visualization
  • Proficiency in data analytics languages such as SQL, Python, and R or similar
  • Experience with intelligent data stacks like AWS, MS Azure, GCP, Azure Databricks, and Apache Kafka
