Job Title: Director of IT, Data Analytics and Value Capture

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of IT, Data Analytics and Value Capture to join our team at St Basils. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our IT and Cyber-Security strategy, as well as leading our Data Capture and Analysis systems and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT and Cyber-Security strategy
  • Lead Data Capture and Analysis systems and delivery
  • Ensure data capture and analysis inform decision-making, service delivery and improvement
  • Manage IT and Performance Hub teams
  • Contribute to overall management of St Basils through Senior Leadership Team membership

Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge in IT and data capture and analysis
  • Experience of developing MS Power Bi reports
  • Experience of developing and implementing reporting structures and data analysis
  • Understanding of value creation and value capture
  • Experience of implementing Cyber-security strategies
  • Experience of working within a leadership capacity
  • Experience in managing budgets/operations within tight financial circumstances and/or competing priorities
  • Experience of providing strategic guidance and advice at Board level
  • Experience of providing line management/supervision and support to staff
