About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adult Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing assessment and formulation for adults presenting with ADHD/ASD and providing evidence-based interventions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure high-quality assessment of adults referred to the ADHD/ASD service.
  • Provide or provide access to a range of quality psychotherapeutic interventions in accordance with individual assessed need.
  • Deliver therapeutic input to adults referred to the team and provide carers with relevant information.
  • Identify and develop strategies to manage risk to the adult and others in line with Pennine Care policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Liaise closely with a wide range of agencies regarding individual care packages and to promote awareness of adult mental health issues within these agencies.
Requirements
  • RMN/RGN qualification.
  • Previous experience in community mental health services.
  • Professional involvement with the users of mental health services.
  • Experience in case management of adults.
