We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Companion and Care Worker. In this role, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

You will work closely with our experienced care staff to develop and implement care plans tailored to each client's unique needs and requirements. This may include assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in areas such as manual handling, medication administration, and first aid. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to deliver exceptional care, while our competitive salary and benefits package will ensure that you are fairly rewarded for your hard work and dedication.

As a Companion and Care Worker, you will be expected to work flexibly, including occasional weekend shifts and on-call duties.
