Our services cater to various care settings and clients with unique needs, including support for individuals with learning difficulties, complex care requirements, mental health needs, dementia, and elderly care.
Role OverviewAs a Homecare Worker, you will provide holistic support to ensure your client's well-being and excellent quality of life. Responsibilities may include companionship, medication administration, nutritional assistance, and personal care in the comfort of their own homes. You will also adhere to individualized care plans.
What We Offer as a Homecare Worker:- Flexible shifts tailored to your needs – full-time, part-time, days, nights, and weekends
- We offer a competitive hourly rate: £14.00 per hour, paid weekly
- Free training aligned with the Care Certificate
- Ongoing support and professional development opportunities through in-house courses and funded qualifications, such as distance learning and NVQ Level 2 and 3
- Annual salary increase
- Eligibility to apply for a Blue Light card, offering thousands of discounts online and in-store
- Refer a friend bonus: £250
- You must be at least 18 years old to apply
- Hold the right to work in the UK
- Possess a valid UK driving license with access to a vehicle
- A good standard of English and effective communication skills
- An enhanced DBS (cost of £49, refunded after a set period of work)
